Special Board Meeting

June 14, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM by President Looby.

Present were Directors Steve Looby, Frank Catalano, Diane Marquis, Richard Lesh, Paula Looby, John Clayton, Jack Zappulla, Paul Cote, Leigh Rider and Penny Hermann.

A motion was made by Frank Catalano, seconded by John Clayton to accept the minutes from the February 23 Board meeting. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Frank Catalano, seconded by Paul Cote to elect Steve Looby President. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Richard Lesh, seconded by Penny Hermann to elect Frank Catalano Vice President. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Paula Looby, seconded by Steve Looby to elect Penny Hermann Secretary. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Paula Looby, seconded by Frank Catalano to elect Richard Lesh Treasurer. The motion carried.

Frank Catalano presented a logo design from a member. He will work with the concept. A motion was made by Penny Hermann, seconded by Paula Looby to allocate up to $250 for the logo design.

The meeting adjourned at 11:41 AM.
